Delivery

Revell offers a dedicated delivery service in the metro Jackson area Monday through Friday with free delivery on orders over $50. There will be a $10 handling charge on orders less than $50. Simply shop on line and select in-store pickup or delivery.

Returns

Please contact a Revell customer service representative for a Returned Goods Authorization before returning any product. Our drivers cannot pick up returns without prior authorization. Any returned product must be in the original, undamaged carton and must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for any return.

Air conditioning equipment, appliances and water heaters may be returned only if they are unopened and in the original package and the return is within 10 days of original receipt of the product. Special orders may not be returned.

Damaged items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of original receipt by calling a Revell customer service representative at 601-372-5534 or emailing at RevellB2B@TeamRevell.com

Pricing

Pricing on the RevellB2B website is subject to change. Market conditions, increases in delivery cost and fluctuations in the commodity market may require us to adjust prices on select items.
